I found a Wordpress theme I really like. I swapped the header image with one of my own. It’s actually a cropped version of a much larger picture. I managed to snap a really nice pic of a sunset over Lake Superior, some of you may have seen the full picture on Facebook. After cropping, I adjusted the levels to match the colours in the design, and also had to create a mask for the rough edge effect.
I’m hoping that the need to get this new site working will be a motivator to start really blogging. Hopefully I can be entertaining, interesting and relevant!
